To create an account, please click on My Account on the top right corner of the homepage. You will then be directed to a login page where you will find 'New Customers' on the left hand side. Click 'sign up' and fill in your details as requested before clicking 'register'. Upon submission, registration should now be complete and you will receive a confirmation e-mail of new account registration.
You only need to create one account to access all of our FH websites.
To change your account details, simple click on the 'My Account' page and you will prompted your account details. Click on the 'Edit' button to update your personal information and then click on the 'submit' button when you have finished.
Newsletter is a publication by FH Club with the latest information regarding latest products, trends, health and our FH Club promotions. You can subscribe to our individual Newsletter by checking the website you want in the Newsletter section. To unsubscribe, simple turn off the Newsletter option.

Just enter the voucher code / gift card no. at the checkout page and the amount will automatically be redeemed. Please check on the final balance before you proceed to payment.

Returns & Refunds

Items except for underwear, bikinis, swimming trunks and earrings can be returned if they have not been worn, altered or washed.

All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging including undamaged boxes.

We are unable to accept returns without boxes or with scratched and/or dirty soles. Please note that when trying on shoes, you should try them on a carpet or clean surface. Only returns via courier service is accepted, as we do not honour any walk-ins.

Refund will be made by means of store credit in the form of voucher (valid for 365 days from the day of return). Store credit can be used to make future purchases through our website. In the event that we send you a wrong item or the item is defective, we will send you a replacement item. Should the item be out of stock, we will issue cash refund.

Shipping & Delivery

The expected delivery time will be dependent on the stock availability. For 'InStock' items, purchase will be delivered within 3 – 4 working days. If products are out of stock – Send us an email at [email protected] to request for re-stock.
If you have not received your purchase as stated in your order confirmation, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to assist you. However, we would advise you check on the order status in your 'My Account' before contacting us.
Need not worry, our customer service team will contact you and keep you updated on the status.
Currently we only deliver to all regions in East and West Malaysia. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for the charges.

There are currently two stock availability statuses in our website:

  • In Stock – Ready for dispatched
  • Pending Stock – Upon confirmation within 24 hours
You will be given an order tracking number upon confirmation of order, just track the status with the tracking number at our delivery partner's website or simply click on the order tracking link in the confirmation email.
Refund will be given in the form of store credit however certain rules apply. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.
No. Sale items are Non-refundable unless the goods are damaged upon receipt. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details on returning damaged items.

Refer A Friend

To invite a friend, simple click on the 'Refer a Friend' tab on the 'My Account' page or the banner at the homepage. You will receive a RM 5 voucher whenever your friend signs up via the invitation link.
You can invite as many friends as you want by just submitting their email address.
You will receive a RM 5 voucher whenever your friend signs up via the invitation link. You shall also receive up to 40% commission on all of the referral spending within 30 days from the sign up date. The commission will be credited into the introducer FH Club account in the form of store credit after 30 days from the point of purchase should there be no refund given.

Gift Card

Gift card is available in an electronic form and you can purchase the Gift Cards online via any of our FH websites.
Gift cards can be used to purchase any items in our FH sites.
No they do not expire.
You cannot add value to a gift card once it has been purchased.
You can redeem you Gift Card under the checkout page or the 'My Gift Card' tab on your 'My Account' page. The Gift Card's value will be stored as Store Credit for your purchase.
Should you make an order with a value less than your Gift Card's value, the remaining value will be stored to your account as Store Credit for your future purchase.
Should you make an order with a value higher than your Gift Card value, you are required to pay the remaining amount (after you have redeemed your Gift Card.
Gift Cards cannot be refunded once it's sold.
You can use your Gift Card as many times as you wish until all credit has been spent.
Yes. Items initially purchased using Gift Cards can be returned. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Yes. Items initially purchased with part payment from a Gift Card can be returned. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Yes, you can redeem multiple cards at once. You can store multiple Gift Cards in your account or redeem multiple Gift Cards when making a purchase.
Yes. If you already have an account, simply login to redeem your Gift. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one in order to redeem your Gift Card.

FH Club Reward Program

Your loyalty point will not expire as long as you show account activity once a year.
You would need to accumulate 1000 points to be eligible for upgrade as a Silver member in our Premier Club.

You would need to earn 5000 points to become our Gold Member and another additional 8000 points to get upgraded as a Titanium Member.

The required points for upgrade will be deducted accordingly in your account. The remaining points will still be maintained.
Yes. Your premier club membership will expire in the period of 12 months from the day you were upgraded. However, you can extend your membership by accumulating 2000 FH Points in your account.
Titanium members who have accumulated 10000 FH Points will automatically be enrolled to our Platinum Club Membership.
No. FH Points are non- transferable.
Your cashback will be credited as a store credit to your account within 30 days after your purchase.
